Construction Senior Project Manager (Indianapolis, IN) - $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Position: Senior Project Manager
Reports to: Project Executive
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana 
Pay Range: $135,000 - $170,000

Superior is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help drive our electrical construction projects forward. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for helping make operations on-site more efficient and will play a key role in our contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions. This role is based on a jobsite in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and submission of RFI’s, and ensure that all RFI’s are integrated into the project documents
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on the lifecycle of the project submittal process
• Support with the creation, submission, and management of change orders
• Capture the progress of our work by updating contract documents and photographing the jobsite
• Monitor the project schedule and provide ongoing updates to Project Operations and Field Operations leaders
• Work closely with the Foreman on delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsite
• Lead project close-out, including documentation, warranties, waivers, as-builds, and attic stock
• Begin to develop an understanding of project finances, working closely with Project Operations and Finance leader

Your Character Traits

• You’re organized, great at prioritization, and have a strong attention to detail
• You’re a strong communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across our jobsites and organization

Your Expertise

• Required: You have at least 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Bonus Points: You earned your Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, Construction Management Program certificate, or another related degree
• Bonus Points: You’re experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+
• Bonus Points: You have extensive knowledge in construction management software
• Bonus Points: You hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Bonus Points: You have a current City of Indianapolis Master-Unrestricted Electrical License (or one from a reciprocal jurisdiction)
