Construction is the second-largest industry in the world—nearly 4x the size of SaaS—yet it still operates without the automated feedback loops that modern software teams rely on. Without real-time observability, issues are detected too late, contributing to over $3 Trillion in annual global waste.
Doxel brings computer vision and AI to construction, giving teams real-time visibility into progress, risk, and execution. From hospitals to data centers, and from field leaders to executive teams, Doxel is used every day to support better decisions and faster delivery. Our platform is trusted by industry leaders including Shell, Genentech, HCA Healthcare, Kaiser, Turner, and Layton.
Doxel’s automated progress tracking solution keeps teams aligned with hard facts that leave no ambiguity on where the project is today, where it will be tomorrow and what decisions need to be made to land it on schedule and on budget. This enables our customers to deliver projects, on average, 11% ahead of schedule with up to 16% savings on monthly cash flow.
Backed by Insight Partners and Andreessen Horowitz and with a rapidly growing team of engineers, scientists, construction veterans, and Enterprise go-to-market teams, we're driven to help our customers win.
Join us as we continue our journey to transform the $15T Construction Industry!
As a Construction Schedule Analyst at Doxel, you will be responsible for analyzing complex project schedules using in-house AI tools and comparing the schedules to the designs for some of the largest facilities in the world. This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, understanding of construction sequencing, and the ability to identify and communicate schedule insights to customer facing teams.
Your Day To Day
Review customer CPM schedules (Primavera P6 or exports) to understand activity intent, sequencing logic, and phase context, and use that context to validate that 3D model elements are associated to the correct schedule activities and work phases.
Navigate 3D models to verify scope, system, location, and phase alignment (e.g., rough-in vs trim, equipment readiness dependencies) and identify misclassified components.
Apply requested corrections (as instructed) and maintain a clear change log of errors, fixes, and open questions in a structured spreadsheet.
Perform repeatable QC checks to ensure consistency and completeness (no orphaned items, duplicates, incorrect system tagging, or wrong area/zone associations).
What Success Looks Like
Delivers schedule outputs with high QC pass rates and minimal rework
Consistently meets production targets without sacrificing accuracy
Flags issues early with clear evidence and concise notes
Becomes independent on standards in the first 90 days and reliably handles typical cases
Becomes a subject matter expert on specific trade systems
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in construction scheduling, VDC/BIM coordination support, project controls support, project engineering, or related construction roles
Experience with P6 applying CPM schedule theory (logic, float paths, etc) and best practices
Bachelor degree or greater in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent field experience
Experience working on data center, hospital, complex manufacturing, biopharmaceutical, or projects of similar MEP heavy complexity
Understanding of MEP sequencing, trade stacking and constructability constraints
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent written and verbal English
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the construction industry
Field supervision and/or trade experience
Experience with 4D BIM scheduling software (Synchro or Navisworks)
