What You'll Do

We're seeking a driven and strategic Sales Project Manager for our Houston branch. In this role, you'll be the face of Western - building strong relationships with customers, uncovering new opportunities, and driving revenue growth. From prospecting and client engagement to project oversight, you'll manage the full sales cycle while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and with top-tier quality. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support branch growth and revenue goals
  • Proactively engage architects, engineers, general contractors, and building owners to promote Western's services
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients and industry partners to foster long-term business

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
  • Demonstrated success in business development, sales generation, and closing sales
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
