Position Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, coordination, scheduling, and execution of assigned construction projects. Key Responsibilities Manage overall project administration, scheduling, and coordination from start to closeout Maintain responsibility for project safety, quality control, and financial performance Prepare and manage submittals, subcontracts, and CPM schedules Track project progress using updated schedules, as-built drawings, and quantity reports Prepare and submit project billings and monitor cost performance Attend and participate in project coordination and progress meetings Coordinate activities with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Develop change order pricing and submit proposals to clients Maintain complete and accurate project documentation Review contract documents and construction drawings to identify issues and conflicts Prepare RFIs and recommend practical solutions Clarify plans and specifications for field personnel as needed Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders Communicate regularly with field teams and management regarding project status Support special assignments and stakeholder requests as required Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline Minimum 7 years of heavy civil construction project management experience, with substantial experience in the U.S. market Strong background in public infrastructure projects Experience with roadway, utility, and structural civil construction Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, analytical, and prioritization abilities Proficiency with scheduling and reporting tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Working knowledge of construction-related software and general computer applications
