Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead fast-paced commercial construction projects across retail, restaurant, and multi-site environments. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent execution across locations while maintaining schedules, budgets, and client expectations. The position supports a contractor focused on repeat client work and rollout-style projects, requiring strong coordination, responsiveness, and attention to detail. This is a strong fit for someone who thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams across multiple active job sites
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines are met across all locations
• Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, and change order management
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure consistency across projects
• Communicate daily with clients and stakeholders, providing updates across multiple jobs
• Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all project locations
• Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress, resolve issues, and support field teams
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong experience with retail, restaurant, or multi-site rollout projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once under tight timelines
• Experience working with repeat clients and maintaining long-term relationships
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as needed to support multiple project locations
