Construction Project Administrator

We have an exiting administrative opportunity for a Construction Project Administrator in Anaheim, CA!

This role is onsite at the project location and is anticipated to last 12 months.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

This role requires great attention to detail, technological proficiency and excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Document management- ensuring proper documentation is received, checked for accuracy, stored and shared with appropriate parties
  • Taking and distributing meeting minutes
  • Related administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related experience within the construction industry
  • Profcient with technology
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Well-organized and reliable
