- Active pipeline of property, rail, and energy projects (PETRONAS SWEC Licence).
- Malaysian Main Contractor

**Projects (Main Contractor)**
- Rail projects.
- High-rise building developments.
- Power and utilities infrastructure.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Strategically source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services for construction projects.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and associated risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project budgets and timelines are met.
- Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, including supplier selection, contract management, and payment processes.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Quantity Surveying.
- Proven background in construction procurement.

**Location**
- Office based in Bukit Damansara.
- 5 days a week from HQ.
