About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning to completion. This role oversees budgeting, scheduling, coordination, subcontractor management, and ensures every project is executed with the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate construction and maintenance projects.
  • Provide administrative and tactical leadership throughout all project phases.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Interpret and execute owner contracts, work plans, addenda, and specifications.
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, additions, and changes with architects, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Lead the buy-out process and purchase project materials.
  • Review, approve, and track all project submittals.
  • Assist with monthly billing and reporting.
  • Maintain strong client communication and support customer satisfaction efforts.
  • Guide, mentor, and challenge team members to develop leadership skills.
  • Communicate sensitive or complex information tactfully and professionally.
  • Keep the project team informed of organizational updates and changes.
  • Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and performance across all work.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Five (5) years’ experience supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.
  • Minimum of three (3) years as a commercial or Industrial construction Project Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field.
  • experience with projects in the 500k-2.5 million
  • Strong understanding of owner contracts, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Procore.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, meet deadlines, and drive results.
  • Strong customer service focus with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective teams and foster a culture of leadership and accountability.
