Construction Manager, Project Manager or Site Superintendent (Remote - US)

Accountabilities

·         Lead and manage construction projects from contract to completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, resources, and documentation.

·         Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and company standards.

·         Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals.

·         Track project metrics, report on progress, and proactively address risks or issues.

·         Review construction plans and drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

·         Mentor team members and provide guidance to ensure high performance and professional development.

·         Maintain strong client and vendor relationships to ensure project satisfaction.

·         Travel to project sites as required to provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight.

Requirements

·         Construction Manager: 5–8 years of construction experience with clients, architects, and engineers.

·         Project Manager: 5–8 years of construction experience with strong leadership and project management skills.

·         Site Superintendent: 3–5 years of commercial construction experience with hands-on field leadership.

·         Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

·         Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, and project management software; experience with BuilderTrend or Bluebeam is a plus.

·         Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings.

·         Valid Driver’s License and commitment to safety and quality.

·         Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field; modular building experience; OSHA 30 Certification; knowledge of building codes and permitting processes; experience with Bluebeam and CAD software.
