Your New Role

• Work on building sites, highway projects, heavy civil construction, excavation, and demolition projects in East Helena, MT

• Perform general construction labor including digging trenches, site preparation, and debris removal

• Operate hand tools and power tools such as demolition saws, earth tampers, and measuring and surveying equipment

• Assist with concrete work, grading, trenching, and job site cleanup

• Follow site safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Support equipment operators and skilled trades team members to keep projects on schedule

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather and site conditions

• Capable of heavy lifting and repetitive manual tasks

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a construction crew

• Valid Montana Driver’s License or ability to obtain and maintain one

• Experience in construction, excavation, demolition, or heavy civil projects preferred but not required

• Ability to reliably commute within a 50-mile radius of East Helena, MT, for full-time work
