We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to support restoration and construction projects involving water, fire, and property damage. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training and a clear path for advancement into technician and leadership positions. The role involves physical work, team collaboration, and responding to active job sites. This is a strong fit for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction or restoration.

Responsibilities

Assist with restoration projects including water mitigation, demolition, and site cleanup
Support crews with basic construction tasks and material handling
Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to job sites
Set up and monitor drying equipment and job site tools
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads on daily tasks
Participate in on-call rotations, including evenings and weekends as needed
Work extended hours or overtime based on project demands
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project progress

Requirements

No prior experience required; construction or restoration experience is a plus
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
Valid driver’s license preferred
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Willingness to work overtime and be part of an on-call rotation
Basic understanding of tools or construction environments is a plus

Benefits
