Construction Estimator

Our client is a leading expert in high-end commercial interior fit-outs and refurbishments. As a dedicated team of seasoned project managers, site supervisors, and skilled tradespeople, they are united by a shared commitment to core values that guide every facet of their work.

They are now looking to hire a Construction Estimator who will play a pivotal role in shaping the client's projects through precise estimation and comprehensive assessment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from construction drawings.
• Input data accurately into estimating templates.
• Prepare tender scopes of work.
• Compare and review construction changes between drawing revisions.
• Ensure the estimating documentation is accurate, complete, and consistent.
• Follow established estimating processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Construction Management/ Quantity surveying degree (preferable).
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a construction estimating role.
• Proficiency in utilising Bluebeam Revu for efficient project estimation.
• Strong command of MS Word and MS Excel for effective documentation and analysis.
• A proactive willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• A positive "can-do" attitude that thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy at every stage.
