About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join a growing construction firm. This role will primarily focus on commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects, with residential estimating as a secondary component. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in producing accurate, competitive estimates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial tenant improvement projects
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project documentation
- Perform quantity take-offs and pricing
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership to ensure accurate budgeting
- Support residential estimating when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in commercial TI projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
- Experience with take-off and estimating software
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
Language & Schedule Requirements
- Fluent English (required)
- Spanish (strong plus)
- Availability to work 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time

- Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.

You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
