Conflicts Attorney (Hybrid Flexibility)

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Conflicts Attorney to join our risk management team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of conflicts review experience within a law firm setting, along with hands-on proficiency using InTapp or Aderant conflicts systems. This role is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving potential conflicts of interest to ensure compliance with ethical standards, professional responsibility rules, and firm policies. This position is remote 3-4 days per week). #LAT Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough conflicts of interest checks for new clients, matters, lateral hires, and business intake requests.

Analyze conflict reports generated through InTapp or Aderant, identifying potential issues and recommending appropriate resolutions.

Collaborate with attorneys, partners, and administrative teams to clarify conflict details and obtain necessary information.

Provide legal and ethical guidance regarding conflicts, waivers, screening procedures, and related professional responsibility matters.

Assist in drafting and reviewing conflict waivers, engagement letters, and screening memoranda.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation of conflict reviews and resolutions.

Support the implementation and optimization of conflicts processes and firm-wide intake procedures.

Stay current on rules of professional conduct, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Participate in training initiatives related to conflicts, risk management, and ethical compliance.
