Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Conflicts Attorney to join our risk management team.   • Conduct thorough conflicts of interest checks for new clients, matters, lateral hires, and business intake requests.
  • Analyze conflict reports generated through InTapp or Aderant, identifying potential issues and recommending appropriate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, partners, and administrative teams to clarify conflict details and obtain necessary information.
  • Provide legal and ethical guidance regarding conflicts, waivers, screening procedures, and related professional responsibility matters.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing conflict waivers, engagement letters, and screening memoranda.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of conflict reviews and resolutions.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of conflicts processes and firm-wide intake procedures.
  • Stay current on rules of professional conduct, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in training initiatives related to conflicts, risk management, and ethical compliance.
