• Creating comprehensive material and service product lists and integrating them into the Huawei system.

• Maintaining clear and effective communication with the project team regarding management plans.
• Ensuring compliance with required training, regulations, processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Planning, tracking, and fulfilling project and supply department requests accurately and on time.
• Analyzing routine operational workflows, proposing innovative improvement ideas, and overseeing their implementation.
• Leading technical solutions to address contractual, systemic, and operational challenges.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in English (Mandatory)

• Knowledge of Chinese (Preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (Mandatory)
• Experience with Excel VBA (Preferred)
• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or other technical fields (Preferred)
