About the role

Join as a Configuration (DevOps) Engineer that supports core development teams. Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for C#/.NET and C++ projects across Windows and Linux build agents. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor build automation systems to ensure seamless software builds and deployments 
  • Write and maintain scripts for infrastructure deployment automation, monitoring, and configuration management 
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting pipeline failures, optimizing build performance, and documenting pipeline architecture and operational standards 
  • Implement and manage configuration management tools to ensure consistent environments across development, testing, and production 
  • Document processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure clear communication and continuity 
  • Work closely with software developers, QA engineers, and IT operations to ensure smooth delivery of the product 
  • Serve with high autonomy as DRI for build and release infrastructure, owning CI/CD reliability and security SLAs; lead incident response and postmortems; and drive preventive, end‑to‑end improvements

Technologies You'll Work With 

Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure DevOps (YAML Pipelines), PowerShell, Python, Docker, Git, Ansible, NuGet, Conan 

What You'll Bring 

  • Experience with any CI system (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc) 3+ years 
  • Experience in process automatization using script languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python) 
  • Ability to work with RestAPI as a process automation tool 
  • Experience with Unix/Linux administration and scripting (Bash)
  • Experience with Docker 
  • Experience with GIT 
  • Experience with cross-team collaboration 
  • English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams 

Bonus Skills 

  • Knowledge of C#, C++ 
  • Experience working with monorepositories, managing large build artifacts, and utilizing cross-platform toolchains 
  • Experience with IaC tools (Ansible, etc.) 
  • Experience with maintaining RPM repositories  
  • Knowledge of virtualization platforms  
  • Knowledge of package managers like NuGet and Conan
