We're looking for a Conference Content Manager to join our team in New York as part of our Content function.

Your Role:  You are a fintech enthusiast with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in finance, technology journalism, or academia with a deep understanding of telling a story.

Through in-depth market research (desk, phone and face-to-face), you will identify topics and stories that engage, create industry-leading agendas at our flagship events that inspire, and work across all internal teams (sales, marketing and operations) from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Working on our flagship Money20/20 USA, you will keep up to speed with events industry trends across format, style, technology and make recommendations to the events team.
  • You will carry out face to face, desk and phone research with industry stakeholders to identify market trends, hot topics and uncover best in class speakers for our stages 
  • You will help with general tasks of content management, including working externally and internally on booking speakers, ongoing conversations to fill panels and potential interview slots, and acquisition of moderators and interviewers.
  • You will work across and support where required at other shows in our Money20/20 event series
  • This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver
  • You have a passion for live-event storytelling, and endless curiosity about the financial services/fintech/payments landscape and enjoy the rigor of working on international events
  • You have excellent writing and communication skills and feel confident presenting to senior executives.
  • You approach work with fresh curiosity and believe in delivering world class experience
  • You have an interest in working on live events and working to tight deadlines

The salary range for this role is $70,000- $80,000 based on experience.   

This role will automatically expire 12/31
