Confectionary Baker

Lynch’s Bakery, Mace, Old Leighlin, Co. Carlow, R93DX62 are recruiting a baker skilled in artisan breads and doughnuts for a new section within their growing bakery..

This is an exciting role for a passionate baker to show their skills in a high profile environment.

This role can be morning, noon & night.

Ideal candidate will have a passion for breads/Pastries and the baking process.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure the Bakery Department always operates efficiently and effectively, providing our customers with excellent quality products and services.

• Comply and be familiar with Health and Safety procedures.

• Ability to produce high quality, high volume cakes

• Ensures quality control of all products before sending to Retail Outlets

• Assisting baking staff with the production of standard bakery items.

• Cleaning and sanitising all work areas and ovens as well as baking and decorating equipment.

Requirements

• Previous food preparation and production experience.

• Creative and Innovative

• Excellent communicator

• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs

• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible

• Ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
