Job Title: Condition Monitoring Inspector
Work Location: Refinery / Petrochemical / Industrial Plant Sites
Nationality Requirement: Saudi Nationals only (Saudization role)
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in Condition Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, or Reliability Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
ISO 18436-2 Category II Vibration Analyst (Mandatory / Preferred)
The Condition Monitoring Inspector will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving the reliability and performance of rotating equipment through predictive and preventive maintenance techniques. The role involves vibration analysis, lubrication analysis, field inspections, troubleshooting, and close coordination with operations and maintenance teams to ensure safe and continuous plant operations.
Perform routine and critical inspections of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, motors, turbines, fans, and gearboxes
Collect and analyze vibration data using portable and online systems (SKF Microlog, CSI-2140/2130, Bentley Nevada, etc.)
Monitor equipment health using vibration analysis, lubrication oil analysis, and process parameters
Diagnose faults including misalignment, imbalance, bearing defects, looseness, and resonance
Perform field balancing and support corrective maintenance activities
Prepare detailed diagnostic reports with findings and corrective recommendations
Support predictive and preventive maintenance programs
Participate in installation, commissioning, and startup of rotating equipment
Conduct performance testing of rotating assets
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly condition monitoring reports
Maintain rotating equipment databases
Record inspection and analysis results in CMMS systems (Oracle or similar)
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and reliability teams
Participate in maintenance planning and shutdown meetings
Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities
Comply with plant safety procedures and statutory standards

Software: AMS Machinery Manager, Bentley Nevada Systems, SKF @ptitude
NDT Exposure: UT, Wall Thickness Measurement
CMMS: Oracle or similar
