Position based out of Vancouver, Washington and Portland, Oregon with project work across the surrounding metro area and I-5 corridor
Lead all Ground Penetrating Radar scanning and non destructive testing operations from field work through final reporting
Perform subsurface utility location and structural analysis on concrete and related structures
Analyze and interpret data using software such as GPR Slice, Insights, and similar post processing tools
Grow scanning and NDT services by building client relationships and identifying new project opportunities
Manage client conversations related to scanning services and serve as the primary technical expert
Mentor and guide future technicians within the scanning and NDT division
Partner with field crews to maintain high standards for quality and job site safety

At least 5 years of hands on experience with Ground Penetrating Radar in a construction or structural environment
Demonstrated leadership ability in the field with strong technical credibility
Skilled in subsurface mapping, data interpretation, and non destructive testing methods
Experience with GPR Slice, Insights, or comparable data processing software
Working knowledge of ultrasound, corrosion and half cell measurement, permeability testing, and related NDT techniques preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with field teams and customers
Comfortable performing active field work, not limited to office management
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Degree in geophysics, engineering, or a related field preferred but not required
