The agent should be prepared to make 100+ dials per day. They will also be expected to meet business defined metrics of production.

  • Qualify customer to meet program guidelines (AGE, LTV, Homeowner) scripted
  • Transfer interested and qualified customer to sales team
  • Create appointments for follow up
  • Mail information packets to customers
  • Update the Sales CRM with notes of each transaction

 

 

Required Experience:

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office), 10-key, and Soft phone
  • Customer service background
  • Basic understanding of the reverse mortgage product
  • Mortgage industry knowledge
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Organized, performance driven
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Training will be held in the Houston office.

  • Target base salary range is $20 per hour which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.
  • In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program via commissions that is based on individual performance.
