Bits of your job:
Plan and run growth experiments to improve key business results (sign-ups, conversions, retention, revenue).
Create hypotheses and define what success looks like before launching each experiment.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering to launch and manage A/B tests.
Track experiment performance and analyze results to understand what worked and why.
Turn insights into clear recommendations and next actions (scale, iterate, or stop).
Build and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap and prioritize tests based on impact.
Document experiment learnings and share updates with relevant teams.
Continuously look for opportunities to optimize customer journeys and conversion funnels.
Other assigned tasks.
Key expectations:
Higher education in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
1–3+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, media buying, CRO, product analytics, or experimentation-focused roles (internship experience can also be considered).
Understanding and practical knowledge about media buying, platforms and strategies.
Strong understanding of growth funnels and experimentation basics (hypotheses, A/B testing, metrics, iteration).
Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into clear next steps and recommendations.
Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude/Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Knowledge of key growth metrics (conversion rate, CAC, LTV, retention, activation, churn).
Experience working with product and marketing teams to launch experiments across user journeys (landing pages, onboarding, pricing, messaging, campaigns).
Strong ownership mindset: able to manage multiple experiments in parallel and deliver within deadlines.
Comfortable communicating results to stakeholders and explaining decisions clearly.
Curiosity, speed, and willingness to learn in a fast-moving growth environment.
Salary: 1300-1900 €/mon. net
