Computer Vision Algo Tech Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive AI/algorithm-based development within a multidisciplinary team (Algo, AI-Backend, Data, etc.). As a Tech Lead, you will balance technical and business/product considerations, combining hands-on research and implementation with technical and project leadership. You will serve as a key knowledge resource for the team, champion best practices, and guide the end-to-end development of production-grade AI systems.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct research and implementation of AI based solutions in the fields of Computer Vision, Audio/Speech, Generative AI, and AgenticAI.
• Lead and manage end-to-end development of a multidisciplinary team (Algo, AI-Backend, Data, etc.), from the research phase to production-grade models and systems.
• Work on a diverse set of tasks, including Computer Vision, Audio, Agentic AI and Generative AI.
• Collaborate closely with AI-Backend and Data Annotation teams.
• Maintain at least 70% hands-on involvement.

Who You Are:

• At least 7 years of experience in deep learning development for AI-based algorithms.
• Experience deploying AI solutions to production in large-scale products within multidisciplinary teams or companies.
• Strong understanding of AI systems end-to-end, including algorithms, software components, and system design principles.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and lead complex AI initiatives end-to-end.
• Excellent programming skills in Python.
• Practical experience and theoretical understanding of AI models.
• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Experience with Generative and Agentic AI systems - an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of classical computer vision algorithms - an advantage.
