Nous cherchons un profil capable d’assurer une comptabilité fiable tout en contribuant à simplifier, automatiser et structurer nos opérations financières.

Mission

Assurer la fiabilité des opérations comptables tout en améliorant en continu les processus et outils financiers.

L’objectif est de réduire les tâches manuelles, simplifier les workflows et faire évoluer la fonction finance à mesure que l’entreprise grandit.

Responsabilités

Comptabilité & clôture (60%)

• Piloter les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles

• Comptabiliser et réviser les écritures (ventes, achats, paie, banques)

• Suivre la reconnaissance du chiffre d’affaires différé

• Comptabiliser les provisions (FNP, CCA, primes, congés payés)

• Réconcilier les comptes de bilan

• Gérer les immobilisations et amortissements

• Préparer les dossiers de clôture et participer aux audits

• Assurer la cohérence entre les outils de facturation et la comptabilité

Cycle fournisseurs (Spendesk)

• Vérifier et valider les factures fournisseurs

• Assurer le bon traitement comptable

• Préparer et exécuter les campagnes de paiement

• Suivre les comptes fournisseurs

Gestion de trésorerie

• Suivre la position de trésorerie

• Préparer les échéanciers de paiement

• Optimiser la trésorerie (placements court terme type DAT)

• Participer au suivi et à l’anticipation de la trésorerie
  

Fiscalité & conformité (20%)

• Préparer les déclarations de TVA, MOSS et DES

• Suivre les sujets de fiscalité internationale

• Préparer les déclarations fiscales annuelles
  

Finance Operations & automatisation (20%)

• Identifier les opportunités de réduction des tâches manuelles

• Améliorer les processus et la documentation

• Automatiser les tâches récurrentes

• Participer à la mise en place de nouveaux outils

• Contribuer à un projet structurant de migration vers un nouvel outil comptable

• Explorer l’usage de l’IA et des outils d’automatisation

• Collaborer avec les équipes Finance, Data et Operations
  

Profil recherché

Compétences

• Solides bases en comptabilité (PCG)

• Expérience en clôture

• Très bon niveau Excel / Google Sheets

• Aisance avec les outils financiers

• Français et anglais courant

We are looking for someone who can ensure reliable accounting while helping simplify, automate, and scale our finance operations.

Mission

Ensure reliable accounting operations while continuously improving finance processes and tools.

The goal is to reduce manual work, simplify workflows, and help scale the finance function as the company grows.

Responsibilities

Accounting & Closing (60%)

• Manage monthly and annual closing processes

• Record and review accounting entries (sales, purchases, payroll, banks)

• Maintain deferred revenue schedules and related adjustments

• Manage accounting provisions (FNP, CCA, bonuses, paid leave)

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts

• Prepare closing documentation and support annual audit

• Ensure consistency between billing systems and accounting data

Procure-to-Pay

• Review and validate supplier invoices through our spend management tool (Spendesk)

• Ensure proper accounting treatment of vendor invoices

• Prepare and execute supplier payment runs

• Maintain accurate accounts payable balances and vendor follow-up

Cash management

• Monitor company cash position and short-term liquidity needs

• Prepare payment schedules and coordinate with supplier payment runs

• Optimize idle cash through short-term placements such as term deposits (DAT)

• Contribute to treasury monitoring and cash forecasting

Tax & compliance (20%)

• Prepare and review monthly VAT returns (France)

• Prepare OSS / MOSS VAT reporting when applicable

• Prepare DES declarations for intra-EU services

• Monitor international tax topics related to SaaS activity

• Prepare annual tax declarations (CVAE, other applicable taxes)

• Ensure proper documentation of tax calculations and filings

• Coordinate with tax advisors when needed

Finance Operations & Automation (20%)

• Identify opportunities to reduce manual accounting work

• Improve finance workflows and documentation

• Automate recurring finance tasks when possible

• Support implementation of new finance tools

• Participate in the migration to a modern accounting platform

• Explore the use of AI and automation tools to streamline finance operations

• Collaborate with Finance, Data and Operations teams to improve finance processes

• Help structure finance data for reporting and analysis
