WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Compliance Operations Function ensures that Trade Republic’s compliance-related processes run smoothly, securely, and in line with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
Drafting responses to our regulator BaFin in collaboration with the Compliance Operations team.
Collaborating with internal teams to obtain relevant customer information.
Conducting database research to gather facts necessary to resolve cases.
Assisting in executing Compliance Operations processes related to financial crime and customer complaints.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Currently enrolled in a university (fields of study include economics, business studies, law, computer science, mathematics, physics, humanities, or other relevant disciplines).
Initial experience in financial services or advisory roles is an advantage.
Strong interest in banking, finance, capital markets, and their regulatory frameworks.
Independent working attitude with adherence to deadlines.
Effective communication skills, dedication, and strong organizational abilities.
Proactive and open-minded, unafraid to tackle new challenges.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
