What You’ll Focus On

You will collaborate with our Head of Compliance to navigate complex regulatory environments affecting all global tech companies. You will learn how to build trust with enterprise customers, manage international standards, and interpret key regulations in a hands-on, dynamic environment.

  • Master the Frameworks: Collaborate on the implementation and renewal of our critical certifications, specifically ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2. You will learn the full process of implementing these critical standards in a tech company.
  • Navigate the Regulatory Landscape: Assist in monitoring and implementing measures related to global data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and new regulations such as the Data Act and the EU AI Act.
  • Champion Customer Trust: Assist Sales by answering complex security questionnaires and compliance inquiries from potential enterprise clients.
  • Translate "Legalese" to Business: Collaborate with our external lawyers to interpret advice, then translate that into clear, actionable logic for our product, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Enable the Team: Act as the first point of contact for internal compliance questions, helping colleagues understand their responsibilities.
  • Audit & Training Support: assist in preparing for yearly audits, updating internal policies, and organizing compliance training sessions for the company.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Background: You are a student or recent graduate, ideally with a background in Law. However, we are open to candidates with any background, such as business or IT, who are not afraid of legal-related topics.
  • Analytical Thinker: You can read complex texts (regulations, contracts) and extract the practical meaning.
  • Detail-Oriented: You understand that in compliance, the details matter.
  • Communicator: You have excellent English skills and can explain complex rules in simple terms.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have a genuine interest in technology, SaaS, and Artificial Intelligence.
