Role Overview We are looking for a Compliance Operations Analyst to support customer onboarding and activation across Conduit’s banking and payment partners. This role sits at the intersection of KYB operations, partner activation, and process improvement. You will be responsible for pre-vetting KYB profiles, ensuring documentation completeness before compliance review, supporting T+0 onboarding and activation goals, and helping evolve the systems and processes that enable Conduit to scale activation throughput without sacrificing quality or risk standards. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, operationally minded, and excited to build scalable onboarding and activation infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
  • KYB & Onboarding Support. Conduct initial KYB reviews to ensure complete, accurate customer profiles before Compliance escalation. Validate documentation, identify gaps, and reduce RFIs. Execute standardized onboarding workflows and manage onboarding RFIs to support T+0 review goals.
  • Customer Activation & Partner Enablement. Support client and end-customer activations across Conduit’s banking and payment partners. Execute activation workflows in partnership with Client Enablement, Compliance, and Partner teams. Monitor partner risk signals, flag blockers, and track activation outcomes.
  • Process, Systems & Automation. Identify onboarding and activation inefficiencies. Contribute to playbooks, documentation, and tooling improvements, including CRM and intake workflows. Support automation initiatives for KYB and onboarding.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement. Track onboarding and activation metrics tied to team OKRs. Surface trends, edge cases, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational improvements.
  • Qualifications
  • Early-career operations experience. 1–3 years in operations, onboarding, KYB/KYC, compliance operations, or financial services.
  • Detail-oriented executor. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured, repeatable procedures.
  • KYB/KYC exposure. Experience reviewing customer documentation or supporting KYB/KYC workflows.
  • Systems-savvy. Comfortable working in CRMs and internal operational tools.
  • Strong prioritization skills. Able to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regulated financial experience. Exposure to banking partners, payment rails, or regulated financial products.
  • Compliance familiarity. Understanding of KYB requirements, EDD concepts, or compliance workflows.
  • Process-improvement mindset. Experience supporting operational improvements or automation initiatives.
  • Reporting exposure. Familiarity with operational reporting, metrics, or basic analytics.
