On behalf of KIPMI Software, we are currently looking for a Compliance Officer to join the team working on these next-generation digital trust products.

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our digital trust products meet all regulatory and compliance standards required for еIDAS related certifications on European level and ANSSI certifications in France. This role involves coordinating with various departments, conducting thorough compliance audits, and leading the certification processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, particularly in digital security and trust domains.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Certification Management:

  • Lead the process of obtaining and maintaining eIDAS and ANSSI certifications for all digital trust products.
  • Liaise with certification bodies and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and requirements.

Compliance Oversight:

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to compliance processes, policies, and certifications.
  • Generate detailed reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies as required.

Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with product development, legal, and IT teams to ensure all products and services comply with relevant regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks associated with digital trust products.
  • Collaborate with the CISO and security teams in the development and ongoing maintenance of risk management frameworks to address potential compliance issues.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Propose and implement improvements to compliance processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading projects in heavily regulated sectors and services (e.g. finance, digital identity, trusted services, etc.)
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Proven track record of leading certification processes, particularly for eIDAS or ANSSI is a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of eIDAS and ANSSI standards and certification of digital products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in compliance management tools and software.
