Compliance Officer

Quento Technologies, the ICT services arm of QUALCO Group, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Officer to ensure that ICT security practices comply with relevant regulations and standards, and conduct regular security audits.

Responsibilities:

• Support compliance of portal team with the legislative framework on data protection with a view to web portal and digital solutions;
• Implementation of the general principles of EU Regulation;
• Documentation of the processing operations related to the portal;
• Preparation of privacy statements;
• Assist the portal team on handling of complaints by data subjects and other investigations and audits concerning the processing of personal data;
• Conduct regular security audits;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field;
• Proven work experience in compliance, risk management, or any other legal role;
• Experience in Data Protection, Risk Assessment, DPIA and AI act;
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks;
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to train teams and influence organizational culture;

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
