As Tenet continues to grow, we’re strengthening our client services function and looking for a Client Services Manager to lead efforts in client engagement, onboarding, and long-term relationship development.
WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING
The Compliance Manager will work closely with the CRO and the Risk & Compliance (R&C) team to implement and maintain compliance frameworks, financial crime controls, and transaction monitoring processes. The role provides day-to-day compliance guidance, supports regulatory readiness initiatives, and drives improvements in the efficiency and accuracy of monitoring and reporting activities.
The Compliance Manager also contributes to the adoption of technology and data-driven solutions to strengthen compliance operations. This includes identifying opportunities for process improvements, supporting the implementation of enhancements, and helping establish best practices across the team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Transaction Compliance & Financial Crime

Support the oversight of transaction monitoring, AML, CTF, sanctions screening, and fraud prevention processes.

Review and provide guidance on escalated alerts and higher-risk transactions.

Assist with the integration of data analytics and automation to improve monitoring efficiency.

Support the AMLCO/MLRO in preparing SARs/STRs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Monitor emerging financial crime trends and suggest improvements to related controls.

Participate in investigations into potential compliance breaches.
Enterprise & Regulatory Compliance

Assist in coordinating thematic reviews and monitoring activities across departments, helping gather information and track findings.

Support follow-up and remediation efforts in response to internal reviews, external assessments, or regulatory audits by monitoring progress and maintaining documentation.

Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the compliance framework in collaboration with the AMLCO/MLRO, CRO, and compliance team.

Provide guidance to business functions on compliance obligations, regulatory expectations, and emerging risks.

Support compliance with risk assessments and contribute to risk-based monitoring plans.

Assist with the preparation of compliance reporting for senior management and regulators.
Technology & AI Enablement

Support the use of technology and automation to improve compliance effectiveness.

Collaborate with R&D and Operations to identify and trial tools for monitoring, due diligence, and reporting.

Promote the use of innovative, digital-first compliance approaches.

Manage and oversee agentic workflows, ensuring AI outputs are accurate and free from bias or errors.
Onboarding Coverage

Provide coverage for onboarding compliance when required.

Review high-risk cases and provide guidance to ensure continuity in decision-making.

Confirm that documentation and escalation standards are maintained.

Collaborate with the onboarding team to resolve compliance queries.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, Risk, or related field.

4–6 years of compliance or financial crime experience in financial services (preferably banking).

Professional certification such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent (required).

Good knowledge of AML, CTF, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and the Cayman regulatory framework.

Experience working with compliance technology or data analytics; exposure to AI/automation is an advantage.

Experience in client onboarding and transactional risk assessment beneficial.

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret regulatory and data-driven insights.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments with high growth and innovation.

Commitment to contributing effectively in a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and innovation, with adherence to compliance and operational rigor.

Familiarity with Markdown or other coding languages is desirable.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills, with comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth, tech-enabled environments.

Exposure to crypto, blockchain, or digital asset technologies is advantageous.
