Compliance & Internal Control Manager

Compliance & Internal Control Manager will play a critical role in ensuring Midas’s operations are fully compliant with legal regulations such as SPK and MASAK, minimizing risks, and enhancing the company’s reliability. This position aims to support Midas’s growth objectives by securing operational processes and continuously improving compliance policies. What You'll Do

Monitor the company’s activities to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures, and prepare periodic reports.

Maintain and update compliance policies and internal control procedures, manage control processes, and conduct necessary risk analyses.

Develop and keep written business processes and procedures up to date, ensuring their effective implementation.

Respond to official requests from regulatory authorities and manage required information and documentation processes.

Define control points within the internal control program, ensure their implementation, and identify areas for improvement.

What You'll Bring

Holds a SPL Level 3 License.

Extensive knowledge of SPK and MASAK regulations, with at least 5 years of experience in compliance & internal control within brokerage firms.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsible for excellent task follow-up and time management skills.

Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management processes, with effective communication skills.
