Job responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits across business units.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates to management and staff.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related topics and ethical business practices.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues, reporting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as required.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports and documentation in a timely manner.
- Support the development of a strong compliance culture throughout the organization.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; professional compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a compliance role, preferably within the technology or asset management sector.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
