Mision
We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Analyst to assist in our organization’s regulatory license maintenance program. This role is responsible for the operational execution of Nuvei’s licensing program, including regulatory reporting support, license recordkeeping, monitoring of licensing commitments, and tracking related costs. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and financial/operational alignment to ensure Nuvei’s license portfolio remains current and compliant.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Maintain license records, submissions, renewals, and correspondence, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
· Track license-related costs and bond renewals, review invoices, and route them for approval.
· Support periodic reporting requirements, gathering data from Finance, Risk, and Data Ops teams, and validating accuracy before submission.
· Monitor and track ongoing licensing commitments, deadlines, and conditions, escalating any risks or gaps to the Director.
· Provide operational support for deliverables tied to AML/CTF requirements connected with licensing, as well as other audit requirements connected with licensing.
· Assist with the preparation of dashboards and internal reporting to support governance visibility.
· Assist with governance reporting creation and metrics tracking.
· Any other tasks related to the day-to-day activities of a Compliance Analyst within the License Management Department.
