As our Compliance Analyst , you’ll be the detective, innovator, and guardian of Brighty’s financial systems, ensuring we stay one step ahead of fraudsters. Whether it’s card fraud, IBAN fraud, or bonuses fraud, you’ll use cutting-edge tools and your sharp analytical skills to detect and prevent financial crimes across our fintech platform. We hope you’ll implement advanced fraud detection systems and prevention policies tailored to EU card schemes and policies. You’ll thrive in the fast-paced environment of multiple financial institutions (VASPs, PSPs, EMIs) and dive deep into EU card systems (VISA/Mastercard).
We are looking for someone who has a Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT Security, Law or related field. Carries 3+ years of experience in Knowledge of AML regulations and fraud patterns, Proven experience working in multi-financial-institution environments (VASPs, PSPs, EMIs, etc.).
Proficiency with compliance and monitoring platforms such as SumSub, Elliptic, or Flagright will be considered a strong advantage.
