Our firm is seeking an associate attorney to join our mass torts and class action team.


Primary responsibilities include managing mass tort clients as well as working with a team of attorneys on class action cases. This includes conducting legal research, drafting motions and briefs, making court appearances, and taking depositions. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the rules of evidence and trial procedure, strong communication skills, proficiency with case management software and in Microsoft 365. This work is dynamic and exciting; it requires the abilities to adapt quickly to evolving circumstances, work at a rapid pace, and collaborate in teams.


Candidates should be capable of high-level judgment and decision making as well as analytical and legal reasoning. The job will also require close attention to details and the ability to focus on technical tasks associated with litigation databases

Requirements:

  • NC Bar Licensure, with at least two years of experience. Mass tort and class action experience is preferred.
