Competitiveness Specialist / Expert

BlackStone eIT is on the lookout for a dynamic and analytical Competitiveness Specialist / Expert to join our strategy team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assessing and enhancing the competitiveness of our solutions in the software marketplace. You will conduct thorough market research, analyze industry trends, and develop strategies that enable us to stay ahead of the competition. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the ability to formulate actionable insights that drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the software industry.
• Analyze competitors’ products and services to measure efficacy and performance against our offerings.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve our market positioning and overall competitiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies with company goals.
• Monitor and report on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact competitiveness.
• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in competitive analysis, market research, or strategic planning within the software or technology sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
