Job Summary
Lead the design, management, and continuous improvement of compensation strategy, structures, and processes. Provide strategic advisory services to senior HR and business leaders, driving data-driven decision-making and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design and oversee compensation structures that balance internal equity with external market competitiveness. 

  • Lead job architecture initiatives, including job grading, titling, and career path development. 

  • Manage comprehensive compensation analytics and benchmarking projects to inform leadership decisions. 

  • Optimize compensation processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder experience. 

  • Advise senior leaders on compensation strategy and business impact. 

  • Lead the development and execution of communication and training programs to support change management. 

  • Drive compensation system enhancements and automation initiatives.

  • 5+ years of progressive compensation or comparable experience, preferred in global or multi-regional compensation frameworks.

  • Proven track record leading compensation programs and strategic projects, expertise in compensation design, job architecture, and analytics.

  • Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, strong business partnering and influencing skills.

  • Ability to lead communication and training initiatives.

  • Experience driving system enhancements and automation.
