What you’ll be working on:
job evaluation and grading (methodology, role architecture, leveling),
analysis and structuring of compensation frameworks,
design or redesign of incentive and bonus schemes (role-based, KPI-driven),
identifying and mitigating gender pay-gap and pay-equity risks,
preparing organizations for reporting and compliance requirements under the Directive.
Who we’re looking for:
proven experience in Comp & Benefits / Total Rewards consulting,
hands-on delivery of job evaluation projects (e.g. Mercer, Hay, Willis Towers Watson, or robust proprietary frameworks),
strong understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its real-world implications,
confidence working with senior leadership, HR and Finance,
pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset — you care about outcomes, not theory.
