Bring your whole self to work, because we believe that’s how the best ideas happen and how we’ll continue to lead in the employee wellness space. 💫 Job Purpose As a Compensation and Benefits Officer  will generally be responsible in overseeing and administration of the employees compensation and benefits as well as development and design of compensation packages and policies aligned with the organization's strategy. Your Impact: What You’ll Do
  • Prepare, validate, and submit semi-monthly payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, variable pay, overtime, other income and deduction) to the payroll provider. (PH)
  • Review payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the payroll vendor.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance,) for timely and complete data collection.
  • Sanitize payroll output (removing confidential or personal data) before sharing with Finance for accounting and cost center tracking.
  • Assist Finance with reconciliations and documentation needed for audits
  • Compute and coordinate final pay (last pay) for resignations, retirements, and terminations including earned leaves, 13th month pay, prorated benefits, and tax adjustments.
  • Work with payroll vendors to ensure timely release of final pay and documentation (e.g., BIR 2316).
  • Administer statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and assist employees with claims, loan applications, and updates.
  • Coordinate with providers for HMO, group insurance, and other company-initiated benefits (wellness programs, allowances).
  • Monitor and track benefits utilization, enrolments, and removals.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements.
  • Support statutory report preparation and respond to regulatory audits when needed.
  • Liaise with payroll, insurance, and benefits vendors for issue resolution and service delivery.
  • Monitor provider service levels and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate manager to support organizational objectives
  • What We’re Looking For: Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Extensive experience in compensation and benefits processing thorough understanding of benefits administration and in-depth understanding of existing compensation
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
