About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst for a 3-month contract to support the development, implementation, and administration of our compensation policies. You will play a critical role in ensuring our pay practices remain competitive, equitable, and compliant with statutory requirements.
This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys technical analysis and can provide actionable recommendations to resolve complex compensation challenges.
Compensation Info
This is a 1099 contract position with an hourly pay range of $35.00 – $50.00 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and scope of work, and may fall anywhere within the stated range.
