We're seeking a meticulous, self-directed Community & Support Coordinator to join our ambitious and collaborative Community team. Independently plan, coordinate, and host community events (AMAs, developer sessions, happy hours, hackathons)
Build and nurture relationships with community speakers and thought leaders
Create compelling content from community activities (LinkedIn posts, event recaps, video highlights)
Own full event lifecycle: outreach → logistics → execution → follow-up → content creation
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of speakers and event opportunities
Maintain community documentation with strong attention to detail
Create and refine processes that prevent errors and improve efficiency
Support special projects with complete ownership and follow-through
