Requirements

What You’ll Do:

1. Drive Business through Referrals & Marketing:
• Generate business growth by actively promoting referrals and collaborating with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive engagement and convert registrations to admissions.
• You will work with existing users to drive monthly referral targets as well as create a pipeline through users who are not interested. 
• You will get to drive real business metrics through creative engaging strategies.
2. Own the Onboarding Experience:
• Onboard users with energy, ensuring they’re engaged, prepped, and ready for success. Show them the apna advantage platform and drive adoption
3. Be the Career Coach:
• Guide users through every stage of their career—be it preparing for a new job, negotiating salaries, or navigating appraisals.
• Offer personalized coaching and share tailored resources to ensure users achieve their career goals.
4. Drive Engagement & Upskilling:
• Curate and share upskilling resources, keeping users motivated and on track with career progression through Apna Advantage’s features like vision roadmaps and career pathway planning.
• Help users leverage all the benefits of Apna Advantage to enhance their profiles and career journeys.
5. User Feedback, Social Content & Admission Support:
• Engage users for valuable feedback, creating UGC content for marketing and sales efforts.
• Drive referrals and encourage social sharing of success stories
