United Tech is looking for a Community Manager (Reddit) to manage and grow accounts with a strong focus on organic engagement and building trust within communities About the product:We have built an international web platform that truly changes the way people meet and connect across Tier-1 markets. Create new Reddit accounts and gradually grow them
Increase key account metrics (karma, activity, subreddit participation) in line with internal requirements
Manage and maintain existing accounts
Ensure consistent activity through comments, posts, and content interaction
Work across different subreddits to build a natural account history
Monitor account quality and ensure compliance with defined metrics
Track accounts and performance in spreadsheets

It’s all about you

Basic understanding of how Reddit works (subreddits, karma, account activity)
Intermediate or higher level of English (written, communication)
Comfortable handling a high volume of repetitive tasks without compromising quality
Detail-oriented and structured in your work approach

Would be a plus

Experience with Reddit or other UGC platforms
Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously

Understanding of factors that influence karma and account activity
