Role Overview


We are looking for a Social Media Community Manager to own our social presence and online communities, and drive measurable results across engagement, brand awareness, and customer advocacy. In this role, you will work with social and community data daily, manage conversations across platforms, and deliver actionable insights to strengthen our brand and support our lead funnel performance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and execute all social media and community initiatives across channels (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Reddit Instagram, review sites, and niche communities).
  • Plan, publish, and optimize content tailored to our ICP, driving engagement, followers, and meaningful conversations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social and community performance (engagement, reach, sentiment, growth), ensuring ROI and alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Continuously test new content formats, messaging, posting cadences, and community tactics to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align social and community efforts with campaigns, product launches, and lead generation goals.
  • Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions, escalating relevant conversations to sales or support, and using feedback to deliver recommendations for improvement.


Requirements


  • 1+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or similar roles, preferably within B2B SaaS startups.
  • Strong understanding of major social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Reddit Instagram,  and niche communities) and online communities.
  • Proven success in growing and managing online communities and social audiences across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with tight deadlines.
