Takes charge of social enterprise projects, ensuring successful execution through innovative problem-solving and resource management.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following: Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Economics, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Community Development and other related fields.
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience in developing social enterprises, handling livelihood projects, community organizing, organizational management, marketing, financial management, strategic planning, business planning, project proposal preparation and evaluation, and project monitoring and evaluation.
  • Preferably with Professional Driver’s License and Driving NCII
  • Knowledge of social enterprise and livelihood development
  • Understanding of community/rural development
  • Strong knowledge of local context and culture
