  • Create clear, engaging written communications across email, SMS, newsletters, and internal updates
  • Support executive and leadership communications as needed
  • Maintain and evolve a centralized communications resource library
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Recruiting, and Leadership

  • Create and distribute monthly provider newsletters
  • Track engagement and effectiveness of communications and continuously improve over time

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in corporate or organizational communications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and audience
  • Ability to adapt messaging for different stakeholders (staff, providers, clients, leadership)
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience with different email platforms and SMS best practices (segmentation, timing, deliverability)
  • Sound judgment when handling sensitive or high-stakes communications
  • Familiarity with healthcare or regulated environments is a plus (not required)

Who You Are

  • Thoughtful, intentional communicator
  • Organized, accountable, and proactive
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
  • Calm under pressure and confident owning your work
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Energized by meaningful work that supports access to mental health care

Why Join Mindful Therapy Group?
