Opportunity to work from home once you've been trained. You will be expected to come into the office in San Antonio a couple of times per month

 

The Role

  1. Edit and send outgoing customer correspondence (email-blasts, etc.).

  2. Happy doing some repetitive work

  3. Manage workflow queue to ensure timely completion of requests.

  4. Establish and maintain content and documents on association websites

  5. Create templates and best practices for common documents to create consistency

  6. Handle High Volume Work. Volume fluctuates, but this role requires determination to finish each day's workload

Responsibilities

1. Edit, and eblast community correspondence from workflow queue.

2. Collaborate with team members to ensure daily workflow responsibilities are completed with high accuracy and within requested delivery times.

3. Expert customer service for internal clients.

4. Contribute to building enterprise communications tools and resources (templates, tips/pointers, training, etc.)

5. Master and utilize website, eblast, client management software programs
