The Communications Lead will spearhead all communications efforts for high-profile sportscar racing programs, shaping the narrative and visibility of globally recognized racing brands. This role offers the chance to manage media relations, craft compelling content, and amplify stories across digital, social, and traditional channels. You will coordinate closely with drivers, engineering teams, and executives to ensure messaging consistency and maximize impact. The position involves both strategic planning and hands-on content creation, supporting race weekend operations and global brand integration. Frequent travel to international events is part of the role, providing exposure to dynamic, fast-paced motorsport environments. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, strategic communicator to influence brand storytelling at the highest level.

Accountabilities:

• Lead communications initiatives for sportscar racing programs, including press releases, race reports, driver/team quotes, and internal messaging.
• Collaborate with creative and digital teams to produce engaging multimedia content (photo, video, graphics) and social media storytelling.
• Serve as the primary media liaison for racing programs, managing media requests, interviews, press kits, and race weekend logistics.
• Support event communications, on-site content capture, and guest/hospitality engagement during international races.
• Ensure messaging consistency across multiple brands and stakeholders, including internal teams and global operations.
• Develop content for internal updates, newsletters, and digital channels to inform and align key stakeholders.
• Amplify the brand narrative beyond specialist media, highlighting performance, innovation, and team culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in communications, public relations, or journalism, ideally within sports or high-performance industries.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
• Experience managing media relations and crafting compelling, high-impact content across multiple channels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel regularly (25–50%) to support global events and race weekends.
