About The Role: The Communication Supervisor is responsible for managing all operational communication between the Fulfillment team and internal/external stakeholders. This role ensures timely issue resolution, structured investigations, and alignment across departments to maintain operational excellence and SLA adherence. The supervisor will lead a team of 4 Communication Officers responsible for item-level investigations through system checks, camera reviews, email follow-ups, and physical stock verification.  Job Code: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage communication between the Fulfillment team and all internal stakeholders.

Lead and supervise a team of 4 handling operational investigations.

Oversee item-level investigations using CCTV, system data, email communication, and physical stock checks.

Ensure proper root cause analysis and timely issue resolution within SLA.

Align with Fulfillment Supervisors to resolve operational gaps and prevent recurrence.

Monitor team performance, case closure rates, and reporting accuracy.

Identify recurring issues and drive corrective and preventive actions. 

JOB QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or operations environment.

Previous team management or supervisory experience required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with WMS systems and operational investigations is a plus.
