We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis de Rang to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Commis de Rang, you will play a crucial supporting role in delivering a first-class dining experience for our guests. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills and grow within the hospitality industry. 

Main duties: 

• Table Preparation and Maintenance: Setting and clearing tables with precision and style, ensuring all necessary equipment, crockery, and cutlery are prepared;

• Guest Service Support: Assisting the Chef de Rang and Demi Chef de Rang in serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests receive courteous, prompt, and efficient service; 

• Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the dining areas and service stations, including cleaning duties as per rota;

• Guest Interaction: Welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor, assisting them with seating, and anticipating their needs. 

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is beneficial;

• A strong sense of ethics, responsibility, and dedication to high standards of service;

• Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to service and presentation;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team;

• Flexibility to handle changing situations and work efficiently under pressure; 

• A Good knowledge of English and Italian is beneficial; additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus.
